No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All poster and fine art print sales are final. Gift cards and digital products are also non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or there is a flaw in the printing, we will gladly issue a replacement free of charge.
To request a replacement:
- Email a clear photo of the damage or printing flaw within 15 days of delivery.
- Include your order number
- Send to: sheetal@sheetalpetkar.com
We will review your request and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
